"I used to be all-or-nothing with food and exercise — either totally in or completely off track. Now, I've found consistency without guilt, flexibility without shame, and a mindset that finally feels sustainable. I'm eating more, moving more, and feel like an upgraded version of myself."

“Working with Meredyth has quieted so much of the chaos that used to surround food and my body. I no longer feel trapped in cycles of guilt or “starting over.” Instead, I understand why I eat the way I do — and that awareness has replaced food noise with calm and confidence. I’ve learned to trust my body again, to nourish it rather than punish it, and to make choices that feel aligned with who I am.”

Frequently Asked Questions
-
I understand this concern—you've probably tried approaches before that didn't stick. What makes this different is that we're not following someone else's template. We're uncovering what works specifically for your body, your life, and your circumstances. My approach honors where you are right now while gently guiding you toward where you want to be.
-
Most programs give you a set of rules to follow. I help you reconnect with your body's wisdom and develop sustainable practices that feel natural, not forced. We focus on the whole you—not just nutrition or exercise, but how things like stress, sleep, relationships, and your inner dialogue all impact your wellness journey. We get to the root cause of unhelpful behaviors so you can finally address it.
-
I hear you — your time is precious. That's exactly why we focus on integrating change into your existing life rather than adding more to your plate. We'll address the things creating the dread of putting "one more thing" on the to-do list. We'll find pockets of time and create systems that support you rather than overwhelm you. Many clients find they actually gain time and energy through our work together.
-
There's no judgment here—only curiosity, compassion and understanding. Your past attempts weren't failures; they were learning experiences that help us understand you. I've worked with hundreds of women who felt this same concern, and creating a safe, supportive space is fundamental to everything I do.
-
Life happens, and flexibility is built into our approach. We're not aiming for perfection—we're creating sustainable practices that can bend without breaking. When things don't go as planned, we adjust and keep moving forward. This isn't about willpower; it's about finding what genuinely works for you.
-
Many clients notice shifts in energy and mindset within the first few weeks, but lasting transformation takes time. We're not chasing quick fixes—we're building a foundation that will serve you for years. The timeline is different for everyone, and we'll celebrate every step forward, no matter how small.
-
Each session will be part education, part coaching. We might explore your relationship with food, unpack stress patterns, create movement practices that feel good, or work on the mindset shifts that support lasting change. While I follow a structure, the content of each session will be based on your current needs. Sessions are recorded so you can revisit insights that resonate with you.
-
Rather than giving you rigid meal plans to follow, I help you develop the skills to make nourishing choices that feel authentic to you. That said, I do provide a Food Guide to clients needing a resource with exact numbers and meal suggestions. Regardless, we'll explore what foods energize you, what movement brings you joy and strength, and how to create structures that support rather than restrict you. I work with each client to identify workout content best suited to her goals and interests. Perennial Foundations, a beginner strength training program, is available at no extra cost to clients.
-
You'll have unlimited video or text messaging access to me between sessions. Whether you need encouragement, have a question, or want to share a win, I'm here to support you. You're not navigating this process alone, ever.
-
Of course — that hope is welcome here, and you don't have to leave it at the door. What I'll tell you honestly: we don't chase body change directly, because chasing it is usually the cycle that brought you here. We work on your energy, confidence, stress, and relationship with food and your body. When you stop battling yourself and start attuning to your needs, your body often responds — and if body-composition goals are part of your vision and health needs, my approach gives you everything you need to pursue them sanely.
-
I work collaboratively with your existing healthcare guidelines and am experienced in supporting women with various health conditions and dietary needs. We'll create an approach that honors your body's unique requirements while helping you feel your best.
-
If you're tired of the cycle of starting and stopping, if you're ready to invest in yourself, and if you're open to approaching wellness differently, then this might be perfect timing. The "right time" is often when you're ready to prioritize your own well-being—and that decision is entirely yours.
Wondering about the group option?
Deeply Satisfied is my six-month small-group program — same depth of work, the power of a room full of women who get it, and a smaller investment. Many women start there.
Ready to honor your whole self — and end the madness?
A free conversation, no pitch, no pressure. We'll figure out what's actually driving the pattern and whether working together one-on-one is the right fit.
