Stop Fighting
Who is this program for?
You've tried the diets. You've done the workouts. You've read the books, listened to the podcasts, and followed the plans. You eat healthy, but the weight won't budge. Your body feels different at this age, and nothing that used to work seems to work anymore. And deep down, you're asking yourself: What am I doing wrong?
Maybe you start strong—meal prep done, gym routine locked in—but within a few weeks, life happens. You miss a day, then another, and suddenly you're back to the nighttime kitchen visits, standing in front of the pantry wondering how you got here again. You know what to do, but you can't seem to stick with it. The cycle of starting and stopping has become so familiar you've started to wonder if this is just who you are now.
Or maybe you're on the other end of the spectrum. You are consistent—religiously so. You track every bite, schedule every workout, say no to every invitation that might disrupt your routine. You've achieved the weight, maybe even the body, but somewhere along the way you stopped enjoying your life. You're so busy maintaining control that you've lost the freedom, the spontaneity, the joy you thought all this discipline would bring you.
Start attuning
This is what becomes possible when you stop battling and start attuning:
You open the fridge and instinctively reach for what your body actually needs, not what stress is telling you to eat.
You have dessert when you want it without the mental spiral of guilt or "I've ruined everything."
You plan some meals in advance not because you "should" but because you know future-her will feel supported.
You stop eating when satisfied, even if unforgettable food is left on the plate.
You have breakfast at 10am instead of forcing it at 7am because that's when your body is actually hungry.
You eat carbs at dinner without fear that it will "ruin" your progress or keep you awake.
You have a cookie mid-afternoon sometimes because you decide to, not because you can’t stop yourself.
You don’t get the food noise when you decide to not eat the cookie. You simply don’t think about it at all.
You enjoy your mom's lasagna at Sunday dinner without over eating to the point of physical discomfort.
You stop tracking every bite and discover a good rhythm with eating that’s built on attuning to your body’s needs.
You eat intuitively on vacation instead of walking the tightrope of restriction or going wild in the opposite direction.
You have wine with friends on a Wednesday when you choose to, not just on your designated "cheat day."
You no longer rebel against healthy foods; you start wanting them because your body feels better when you have them.
You eat when hungry because you trust yourself, including your hunger signals.
You try new foods without needing to know the exact nutritional breakdown first.
You stop labeling foods as "good" or "bad" and just call them food.
You have seconds at Thanksgiving without declaring you've "blown it."
You keep ice cream in the house because you trust yourself around it now.
You stop eating foods you hate just because they're "clean" or "healthy."
You have the croissant at the coffee shop without needing to "make up for it" later.
You stop planning tomorrow's meals to compensate for today's choices.
You release the rule that you "can't eat past 7pm."
You have a smoothie for dinner if that's what sounds good, even though it's "not a real meal."
You stop doing "emergency fasts" after eating more than planned.
You eat the birthday cake at the office party, or don’t, without ever thinking about it again.
You move your body because it feels good, not because you have to or “should”.
You take a rest during the day without guilt when your body is asking for it.
You choose the workout routine that energizes you, even if it’s “not perfect”.
You say no to the dinner plans that don't serve you without over-explaining or feeling guilty.
You protect your morning routine even when others want your time.
You ask for help instead of white-knuckling everything alone.
You catch the critical voice and respond with compassion instead of piling on more judgment.
You celebrate small wins instead of only noticing what's "not good enough yet."
You talk to yourself the way you'd talk to your best friend.
You trust your body's signals even when they differ from what the diet rules say.
You make food choices at restaurants without anxiety, rules, or embarrassment.
You handle an "off" day without declaring you're "starting over Monday."
This isn't about perfection. It's about freedom.
THE JOURNEY
Here's the transformation journey you'll take over 10 months:

You'll understand the protective patterns (Hustle Culture, Perfectionism, People-Pleasing) that have kept you stuck in all-or-nothing thinking.
Lesson 4: Finding Your Voice
You'll learn to make values-aligned choices based on what feels good to you, not what "looks good" to others.
Lesson 5: The Biography Breakthrough
You'll connect past wounds to present patterns with compassion, seeing why your challenges make so much sense.
Lesson 6: Body as Ally
You'll nurture your body to feel resourced enough to be with your emotions—creating healthy containment instead of reactivity.

You'll integrate everything you've learned to live with flexibility, trust, and deep satisfaction in your choices.
My amazing clients Are saying
Shelby N., "I've learned to see my body and health through an entirely new lens. Meredyth has built my confidence in strength training, guided me toward habits that feel sustainable, and helped me understand what's truly best for my body — both now and for the future. It's a complete switch from the 'diet culture' mentality I've had since age 13, and it's an approach I can stick to even through travel, sickness, kid drama, and all the other ups and downs of everyday life."
Elissa W., "I am much kinder to myself. I feel like I'm celebrating more wins. I feel like I've made some significant behavior changes in terms of going to the grocery store and generally giving my body what it needs, reducing stress. I do feel like the core values thing was very useful and really making choices more aligned with those values."
Tiffany M., "I think the biggest thing for me is I'm not binge eating, which is really big for me. And I'm not spiraling with food... I feel like mentally I was having trouble getting back into exercise. But I've been sweating and getting my heart rate up and exercising again. And I think it's because I'm telling myself: just because I'm overweight doesn't mean I'm unhealthy. My body can do this and I'm okay."
Alicia G., "I used to get stuck in negative patterns for weeks at a time. Now I can receive difficult news, process it, and get back to healthy behaviors so much faster. I don't stay stuck anymore. It used to knock me out for weeks, and now it's more like, 'okay, that didn't go well, but today's a new day.'"
Shelby N., "Working with Meredyth has quieted so much of the chaos that used to surround food and my body. I no longer feel trapped in cycles of guilt or 'starting over.' Instead, I understand why I eat the way I do — and that awareness has replaced food noise with calm and confidence."
Amara W., "Your energy is incredible. Meeting with you is a bright spot in my week—I feel so supported. I love your flexibility in problem-solving and your insight into what's really happening beneath the surface. You have this gift for breaking things down into simple, understandable terms and then helping me figure out my next steps."
Tina H., "Meredyth's suggestions, techniques and support have helped me be more mindful and take a moment before saying, doing, or consuming without intention. She has helped me realize how important it is to take time for myself when it seems like everyone and everything else constantly requires my attention and time."
Melissa C., "If I were in a small group coaching program with Meredyth, I would expect it to be a great experience. I would get the awesome guidance and support I've always gotten from Meredyth but with some added benefits. For me, it is helpful to hear what experiences others are having in the process. What are the challenges? How are you facing them? What strategies do you all have that might also work for me? I think it can be helpful to feel like you're not alone in this!"
Erin D., "Meredyth's coaching style is positive, supportive, and inspirational. Her group coaching program is going to bring that same commitment, patience, and understanding into a group context. In addition to my own experience with her as a one-on-one client, I've seen her at work over the years working with groups as a CrossFit coach and yoga instructor. She has a special knack for effectively managing/instructing a group, all while making individual connections that are so impactful."
ABOUT MEREDYTH
My Journey to This Work
In my late 20s, I hit what I call the "everything is great—why do I feel so bad?" wall.
On paper, I was thriving: excelling in my career, earning high marks in grad school, in a relationship with a wonderful man. But inside, I was quietly falling apart—performing a version of myself that everyone liked, but no one actually knew.
With food, I lived in binge-restrict cycles. I had my rigid lists of "allowed" and "not allowed" foods—I thought the rules made it simple. Sugar? Not allowed. Nuts? Allowed—so I'd eat an entire half-pound bag in one afternoon. Sweet potatoes? Allowed—so I'd eat three giant ones doused in olive oil (never butter). At one Thanksgiving, I carefully ate around everything with dairy or sugar, quietly believing I was superior in my "health-conscious" choices.
Then I became a mother. Through all three pregnancies and postpartum periods, I sat in silent disgust with my body. I told myself, "People will judge you for not being in total love with your birth-capable body." So I hid. I self-isolated. Rather than fully living, I spent a lot of time waiting for this period of my life to be over.
Every time I ate something I really loved—a cheddar chive biscuit from the corner coffee shop, a flourless brownie from the local cafe—I made sure to dampen any joy with shame and guilt.
Years later, I finally saw my body composition numbers: 18% body fat. I could do six strict pull-ups and deadlift 250 pounds. By every objective measure, I was extremely fit.
And I still hated parts of myself. Still picked at "flaws" I'd been covering since middle school when some mean girl called me "horse legs."
When would I ever be good enough?
I knew what to eat. I knew how to train. I had more nutrition and fitness knowledge than most professionals. That wasn't my problem. My problem was that no amount of information could fix what was driving me to abandon myself over and over again.
The pattern finally became clear: whenever my sense of security was shaken, I reached for control. Perfection. I abandoned my own needs in favor of who I thought I should be—for my family, my clients, my body, everyone but me.
Today, I enjoy french fries, pizza, and ice cream without counting, calculating, or judging. I savor Chick-fil-A without stressing about what it means about my willpower. I eat when I'm hungry—and sometimes just for fun, like grabbing Four Five cookies after the Christmas Parade. (If you can't tell, I love a good baked good.)
Emotional eating isn't the unstoppable freight train it once was. When I reach for food to soothe boredom or anxiety, I notice it. I acknowledge what I actually need—and often, I attend to that instead.
I am in a better, more nurturing relationship with my body. One that feels aligned and sustainable. One that makes me feel vibrant.
That's the work I bring to you now. Not as someone who has it all figured out, but as someone who knows the terrain—because I'm still walking it too.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What if I can't make all the sessions?
All sessions are recorded and available to you indefinitely. Life happens – especially during summer and back-to-school season – which is why we've built in flexibility with the session schedule and recordings.
How is this different from other programs I've tried?
Most programs give you a meal plan and workout schedule to follow. This program teaches you WHY you've struggled to stick with those plans in the first place. We address the root causes – your emotional triggers, protective patterns, and nervous system responses – while also giving you practical tools for nutrition, movement, and stress management as needed, and with support to discern how to use them on your own.
Will this work if I have a lot of weight to lose?
This program isn't focused on rapid weight loss. It's focused on sustainable transformation – changing your relationship with food, your body, and yourself. Many clients experience body composition changes (losing fat, gaining muscle), but the real transformation is in how you think, feel, and act around food and self-care so that you feel internally drawn to do some of the things that have felt hard or impossible in the past. That said, when you stop battling yourself and start attuning to your needs, your body often responds.
Is group coaching as effective as one-on-one?
Group coaching offers something 1:1 can't: the power of being witnessed by other women who truly understand your struggles. You'll see yourself reflected in others' stories, gain insights from their breakthroughs, and feel less alone in your journey. Plus, you'll still receive personalized guidance within the group setting – and I'm available for support between sessions if you want to add that level of personalization to this group experience.
What if I've literally tried everything?
If you've tried everything and still feel stuck, that's actually a sign this program might be exactly what's been missing. Most programs give you more information—another meal plan, another set of rules to follow. You don't need more information. You need to understand why you haven't been able to act on what you already know. That's what we do here.
What if I'm not sure I'm ready?
Email me at meredyth@withinnerstrength. We'll talk about where you are, what you're looking for, and whether this program is the right fit for you right now. There's no pressure – just an honest conversation.
