I’m Meredyth El-Amine.
I’m a Master Certified Health Coach with over 25 years of experience in teaching and coaching, and I hold a Master’s in Education and post graduate certificate in behavior analysis. My background includes more than a decade as an educator and Board Certified Behavior Analyst, where I specialized in helping people understand and shift patterns for lasting change.
For the past 8 years, I’ve led Inner Strength Coaching with a focus on authentic, personalized coaching that honors the whole woman. My approach is grounded in both science and lived experience—combining my 30 years of strength training with advanced nutrition and coaching certifications.
I’m currently finishing up my National Board Certification in Health and Wellness Coaching and bring a compassionate, evidence-based approach to every session. I’ll meet you where you are—with support, insight, and a clear path toward your personal North Star.

That said, I do provide a Food Guide to clients needing a resource with exact numbers and meal suggestions. Regardless, we'll explore what foods energize you, what movement brings you joy and strength, and how to create structures that support rather than restrict you. I work with each client to identify workout content best suited to her goals and interests; however, programs are sold separately by other trusted parties (starting at $19/month).
